Met the criteria, strongly recommend. Quiet atmosphere, marvellous location so close to the river and shops and the cathedral and Lisbon. Private bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and towels. Location in the middle of jackson. Easy access to Ben & Jerry's, just 20 minutes walk👍

loved the authentic feel, exceptional communication and great tips from the hosts. Fado restaurant was a highlight. Perfect stay in Lisbon, would only book with them again.
slippery shower/tub was a minor issue.

had nothing too much trouble and we would stay here again. there were tv set, a microwave oven and a fridge, a tub. liked private bathroom. it was protected with smoke detectors. location was prime - 15 minutes walk from an iron elevator.

What an amazing stay and experience! If I ever come back to , I would only book with Henrique and Pedro at one of their Nest@Lisbon apartments. They are the perfect hosts - super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The communication is effortless and they always respond quickly. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. It's located in the heart of the city center, with everything at your doorstep. Despite being central, it's surprisingly quiet for a good night's sleep. The hosts also provide great tips and flexibility with check-in and check-out. the best place to stay in. You won't be disappointed! Plus, the wi-fi is great, the kitchen is well-equipped, cots are available if needed, and there are no pets allowed and no smoking on site.

They communicated with me regularly via WhatsApp and email, providing helpful advice and tips to make my stay lovely. The location was excellent, with famous tram stops and restaurants just around the corner. The compact apartment was cleverly designed with attention to detail and had good wifi and air-conditioning. Despite the challenges of the stairs and the bathroom off the kitchen, my overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay in Lisbon. I highly recommend this hotel.
